About Me

I am a graduate student in Computer Science at the College Of Computing in Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!) working with Dr. James Hays and Dr. Larry Sweet.

My interests are in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics, with a background in Operating Systems and Computer Security. These interests have led to a couple of patents, a few papers, quite a few competition wins and some memorable experiences.

A graduate of the National Institute of Technology at Surat, I spent a stint at Microsoft India R&D Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, where I contributed to the Bing search engine and Enterprise Volume Licensing pipeline. While in my undergrad, I organized some uber sweet computing events as the President of the ACM Student Chapter (alongside my awesome team), as well as spent a year as Chief Editor of the college newsletter. I have also appeared on radio for an interview for my college's techfest in my 1st year!

I enjoy reading, writing, basketball and music (I have been a guitarist in various local bands and frequently have in-depth discussions of music with friends), video games and anime. You can read what I am upto on my tech blog or my own musings and creativity.
